About The Position

We’re seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Network Administrator to operate, maintain, and support a growing multi-site enterprise network. This is a full-time, 100% onsite position based at our headquarters, with occasional travel to remote sites as needed for deployments, troubleshooting, maintenance, and site support. You’ll work closely with the IT team to administer existing standards and deployments by configuring, securing, monitoring, and troubleshooting on-prem and cloud-connected network services, and helping execute approved changes and improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network administration or network operations.
  • Experience administering Juniper and/or Cisco switching and enterprise wireless in multi-site environments.
  • Working knowledge of hybrid connectivity concepts (AWS VPC fundamentals, VPN, routing between on-prem and cloud).
  • Solid troubleshooting skills across TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and VPN connectivity.
  • Ability to travel to remote sites as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with automation and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform, or Python) a plus.
  • PCNSA/PCNSE, CCNA/CCNP, JNCIA/JNCIP-ENT, AWS Advanced Networking, Network+ or Security+.

Responsibilities

  • Administer firewalls through central tooling, managing security policies, NAT, zones, and site-to-site/remote access VPNs while handling rule changes, rulebase cleanup, and object management under change control.
  • Support Layer 2/3 networking across Cisco and Juniper environments, including VLANs, trunking, STP, QoS, access controls, and enterprise wireless.
  • Operate networks across multiple sites, coordinating configuration standards and troubleshooting connectivity between offices and data centers.
  • Maintain AWS and hybrid connectivity, including VPC networking, route tables, security controls, and IPsec/SD-WAN/VXLAN inter-site connections.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network health using tools such as Zabbix, Panorama, and Strata Cloud Manager across firewall, switching, wireless, and VPN layers.
  • Maintain documentation and operational records, including network diagrams, IP plans, configuration baselines, runbooks, and audit-related artifacts.
  • Perform routine maintenance and recovery support, including backups, upgrades, certificate renewals, and disaster recovery testing.
