Provide Tier-2 network support, troubleshooting complex LAN, WAN, WLAN, Voice, and security incidents while maintaining clear documentation and collaborating with service desk and cross-functional teams. Administer, monitor, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including Cisco routers, switches, wireless controllers and access points. Collaborate with engineering and facilities teams to design and build MDF/IDF telecom rooms, coordinating racks, power, UPS, grounding, pathways, and environmental requirements while ensuring adherence to standards. Partner with electrical vendors to plan fiber routes, structured cabling, and network drops, overseeing installation, termination, testing, labeling, and as-built documentation. Support manufacturing and office connectivity, including switchport configuration, VLANs, cutovers, and validation for laptops, printers, phones, and plant endpoints. Coordinate with AV and wireless teams to deploy paging systems and wireless networks, including site surveys, access point installation, and performance validation in high-noise plant environments. Administer and support Cisco-based network infrastructure (Catalyst, Nexus), performing upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management. Provide telephony administration for Cisco CUCM and Microsoft Teams, including phone provisioning, moves/adds/changes, and basic call routing support. Maintain accurate network documentation, follow change management processes, support IT/OT networks, and participate in on-call incident response. Your Education and Experience. Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent Experience: 3+ years of Network administration and deployment experience. Ability to read and interpret engineering/facility drawings and translate requirements into cabling/network implementation plans Working knowledge of copper and fiber cabling standards, including labeling, certification testing expectations, and documentation best practices Experience coordinating MDF/IDF buildouts, structured cabling, and vendor-led installs Experience with telephony administration/support such as Cisco CUCM, Microsoft Teams Phone Experience with wireless site survey tools/processes (e.g., Ekahau or similar) Experience designing/installing paging systems for industrial/manufacturing facilities Exposure to OT/Industrial networking concepts (AGVs/AMRs, PLC environments, Level 2/3 segmentation) Strong troubleshooting, communication, and vendor management skills Certifications: CompTIA Network+ or CCNA required. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 3+ years of Network administration and deployment experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering/facility drawings and translate requirements into cabling/network implementation plans
  • Working knowledge of copper and fiber cabling standards, including labeling, certification testing expectations, and documentation best practices
  • Experience coordinating MDF/IDF buildouts, structured cabling, and vendor-led installs
  • Experience with telephony administration/support such as Cisco CUCM, Microsoft Teams Phone
  • Experience with wireless site survey tools/processes (e.g., Ekahau or similar)
  • Experience designing/installing paging systems for industrial/manufacturing facilities
  • Exposure to OT/Industrial networking concepts (AGVs/AMRs, PLC environments, Level 2/3 segmentation)
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and vendor management skills
  • CompTIA Network+ or CCNA required.
