Attractive neonatologist opening in VA within a one hour's drive to the Atlantic coast We have an exciting opportunity for a neonatologist to join our 3-physician practice at Riverside Regional Medical Center in beautiful Newport News, VA The Tidewater region of Virginia offers unparalleled coastal living and close proximity to Williamsburg, Yorktown, Jamestown and other areas of historical significance. - BC/BE Neonatologist
Responsibilities
- Coverage of 22-bed Level 3 NICU with an ADC of 14, and newborn nursery
- 2,700 annual deliveries, and 340 annual NICU admissions
- Inhouse coverage with 2 weeks on, 1 week off, with NNP night coverage
- Services include jet ventilators, HFJV, INO, and whole body cooling
- Educational opportunities with Family Practice and OB/GYN residents, and medical students
