Responsibilities Join our dynamic team at Miller Children's and Women's Hospital, a premier Regional Level IV NICU with an average daily census of 55 and approximately 1,400 patient admissions annually. We pride ourselves on providing top-tier care with the support of our Maternal-Fetal Medicine physicians, Ob Hospitalists, and a full range of on-site pediatric medical and surgical subspecialties, including a renowned pediatric cardiovascular program. Our Services Include: Maternal and neonatal transport Whole body cooling iNO Palliative Care Program Telemedicine Small Baby Unit Our NICU is integrated with the residency and fellowship programs of the University of California Irvine and Children’s Hospital of Orange County, offering a rich environment for professional growth and development. - Paid Sick Leave : Eligible full-time team members will receive a lump-sum grant of 40 hours or five days, whichever is more beneficial to the team member, of paid sick leave each year on January 1. A newly hired full-time team member will receive a prorated lump-sum grant after working for 90 days. A lumpsum grant will then be provided on January 1 in each subsequent year as long as the team member remains eligible. Unused sick leave granted under this policy does not carry over from one year to the following year.
