As a(an) Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Air Life PRN you can be a part of change. The AirLife Neonatal Nurse Practitioner utilizes their experience, education, and training to both autonomously and collaboratively deliver critical and specialty care to neonatal and newborn patients aboard fixed-wing aircraft, rotor wing aircraft, and ground ambulance between medical facilities. Utilizes advanced nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and, evaluation of patient care. Uses advanced knowledge of pathophysiology and technical skills to provide management of the neonate in referral centers and on transport including lab interpretation, XR interpretation, intubation, line placement, thoracentesis, thoracotomy, and intraosseous access.
