About The Position
Days Night and weekend support as needed for a Level III NICU that provides family centered neonatal care across Osceola County.
Requirements
- 2 plus years recent NICU leadership Manager or Charge
- 4 plus years staff NICU RN experience
- Active RN license.
- AHA BLS within 30 days.
- NRP within 6 months
- BSN required.

Responsibilities
- Assign nurses to acuity and maintain safe ratios
- Lead performance improvement, safety, and patient experience work
- Manage budget, supplies, and capital needs
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members
- Collaborate across womens and childrens services for seamless care
