About The Position

KBR is seeking a Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) / Integrated Tactical Warning and Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) Analyst to provide Headquarters Combat Forces Command (HQ CFC) with on‑site support.

Requirements

  • An active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility is required, which is something only a U.S. citizen can obtain.
  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting DoD, Service, or Combatant Command headquarters activities.
  • Experience supporting programs, systems, or mission areas associated with NC3, ITW/AA, nuclear enterprise operations, command and control, or strategic warning.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating across multiple organizations, commands, and agencies.
  • Experience preparing senior‑level decision products, briefings, or correspondence.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop recommendations based on system, architecture, or programmatic data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high‑tempo, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Professional experience working with General Officers, Senior Executives, action officers, and headquarters staff.

Responsibilities

  • Provide headquarters‑level analytical and integration support for NC3 and ITW/AA mission areas to senior leaders within CFC.
  • Serve as a key contributor to congressionally directed and Combatant Command‑led NC3 studies, ensuring accurate depiction of sensing, fusion, correlation, and communications architectures.
  • Coordinate extensively with DoD, US Space Force, Combatant Commands, and interagency partners to support mission integration, assessments, and decision‑making.
  • Support configuration control, system development, integration, and testing activities for NC3 and ITW/AA capabilities, including tracking progress, risks, and deficiencies.
  • Lead or support communications architecture integration efforts to ensure resilient, survivable command and control connectivity in contested or degraded environments.
  • Prepare and deliver decision‑quality products for senior leaders, including briefings, position papers, executive summaries, and hypothetical Q&A products.
  • Support nuclear enterprise governance and oversight forums by coordinating agendas, preparing read‑aheads, attending meetings, capturing minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Respond to executive‑level Requests for Information (RFIs) with timely, accurate mission capability assessments and recommendations.
  • Maintain situational awareness and leadership visibility through regular schedule management, status tracking, and analytical updates across concurrent initiatives.
