- Coordinate preparations for Technical Review or other large scale meetings, including managing attendance, scheduling conference rooms, and organizing the event schedule. - Enhance, schedule, and oversee the Reentry business processes, such as maintaining a repository of lessons learned and conducting meetings. - Gather action items from different business processes and monitor progress to ensure completion. - Identify training needs, coordinate training sessions, and assist with onboarding new employees. - Draft and distribute communications to facilitate the integration of the Reentry organization within the company - Support/ Facilitate projects and initiatives that benefit/ streamline the Reentry directorate Support with tours, business rhythm meetings and employee engagement events.
