Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in military, government, or industry executive work with Naval Aviation
• Experience in NAVAIR Program Offices with leadership roles spanning all elements of operations
• Experience with unmanned aviation systems
• Knowledge of NAVAIR operating principles and operations
• Knowledge of innovative technical approaches for rapid client delivery
• Ability to lead people, interface with senior leadership, and drive new business in the market space
• Ability to apply technical innovation and unique acquisition approaches to solve challenging problems
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a Science field

Nice To Haves

• Experience with the Navy Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) program
• Ability to drive market engagement and work capture and shape efforts to secure new work within the market
• Master’s degree in a Science field
