This leadership role is responsible for driving the success and growth of our business in the region by expanding revenue through sales leadership, ensuring strong client satisfaction in partnership with the Natural Resources Leader, developing a cohesive and high-performing local leadership team focused on growth, and planning and managing the sales pipeline across Natural Resources. This is a hybrid role that requires working onsite for 2-3 days a week from a local Aon office.
