THE POSITION : The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will be responsible for leading and implementing the US commercialization strategy for EVERSANA-partnered programs. This role will be responsible for optimizing growth and ensuring commercial excellence and superior customer experience. The CCO will have oversight for the partnership P&L, commercial execution and will provide regular updates to the joint management committee (JMC). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by: Responsible for partnership P&L Collaborate with the partnership Senior Management and Commercial team to develop commercialization strategies, refine/update functional plans, and lead the execution team. Oversee the implementation and successful development of strategic go-to-market plan and team culture that ensures integration between all functional teams driving the commercialization effort. Proposes and ensures implementation of pricing and contracting strategies. Oversee sales forecasting and marketing strategy for the client asset. Analyze and interpret changing market and industry dynamics/trends to determine the effect on current business and use this information to formulate new commercial strategies and tactics. Ensure effective control of Commercial team results and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of Commercial objectives falls within designated budgets. Regularly provides transparent updates to the JMC on progress of the commercialization efforts and defined performance metrics Collaborates with shared services (Finance, IT, HR, Legal) to keep our fiduciary responsibilities on track and manage any execution risks. Determine job objectives, work methods and performance standards; review performance relative to departmental objectives discussion appraisal with each employee and performance; authorize and communicate salary changes, promotions, transfers, discipline, and discharge and administer all other personnel actions.
