About The Position

The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for our Building Products (BP) vertical, plays a pivotal role in steering the direction of our business operations, propelling both revenue generation and sustainable growth. This role primarily involves orchestrating highly strategic initiatives encompassing sales, marketing, product development, and customer service to meet and exceed company targets. The CCO - BP is tasked with creating and driving the execution of impactful sales strategies, fostering strategic partnerships, and promoting operational alignment in line with the company's mission and vision.

  • Experience in utilizing analytics and metrics to measure performance and guide commercially driven decisions.
  • Track record of developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Proficient in the latest industry related software and platforms as well as common office software suites.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute strategic commercial initiatives to maximize growth in both direct and partner sales channels, contributing to overall revenue and profitability.
  • Oversight of all commercial operations.
  • Strategize and implement result-oriented sales strategies across a diverse portfolio to enhance customer base, gain market share, and reach revenue objectives.
  • Partner with the Building Products Division President to set organizational vision, devise operational strategies, determine recruitment needs, and define quantifiable goals.
  • Identify, develop, and administer strategic partnerships to further increase the company's footprint and market visibility within targeted industry sectors.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current market trends, emerging technologies, and legislative regulations to ensure competitive advantage and regulatory compliance.
  • Leverage data analysis and reporting to make informed business decisions, optimize operations, and improve financial performance.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through inspirational leadership, talent development, and the encouragement of innovation and continuous improvement within all commercial teams.
