About The Position

The National Sales Representative is a high-performing, incentive-driven sales professional responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts through both inside and outside sales efforts. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, this role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored logistics solutions. Echo Global Logistics is a leading provider of technology-enabled transportation management services. As a third-party logistics provider, we simplify transportation management for our clients and carriers, handling crucial tasks so they can focus on what they do best. Requirements

  • 4+ years of direct sales and business development experience within the logistics industry
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business (minimum $25,000/month in profit)
  • Experience working in a commission-based environment (draw preferred)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven with a strong sense of initiative
  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Established industry relationships and a consultative approach to solving client problems
  • Willingness & ability to work a hybrid schedule based out of Dallas, TX

  • Build, manage, and grow client relationships through consistent communication and proactive account management

  • Drive revenue growth by closing new business and expanding existing accounts
