As National Sales Manager, you’ll lead and evolve Rumpl’s wholesale business across the US. This role is responsible for building a high-performing sales function, expanding distribution with intention, and unlocking new business opportunities that align with Rumpl’s long-term brand and growth strategy. You’ll own the day-to-day execution and collaborate with a high-performing team on the bigger picture—developing strong internal and external sales teams, managing agency partners, and cultivating direct relationships with key accounts. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales strategy, relationship-building, and execution. You’ll work closely with the Commercial, Operations, and Product teams to ensure Rumpl shows up consistently and compellingly at retail—driving sell-through, strengthening partnerships, and expanding our footprint the right way.
