About The Position

The National Sales Manager – Body-Worn Cameras (BWC) will lead revenue growth for JVCKENWOOD’s BWC products in the physical security market (e.g., retail, healthcare, education, private security, and enterprise security operations. This role drives national sales strategy and execution across channel partners (integrators, resellers, distributors) and select strategic end users—building a pipeline, closing business, and ensuring successful deployments in coordination with internal teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a preference for physical security (security technology, video surveillance/VMS, access control, security integration, or adjacent enterprise solutions.
  • Demonstrated success selling through channel partners and building repeatable pipeline generation and closing motion.
  • Strong executive communication skills (written/verbal) and the ability to lead programs across a wide geography.
  • High comfort working cross-functionally to solve customer issues (availability, technical questions, deployment blockers).
  • Experience supporting proposals/contracts (pricing, scope, basic terms coordination) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive domestic travel to support partners, accounts, and events.

Responsibilities

  • Own the national sales plan for BWC: pipeline, forecasting, quotas, account/partner strategy, and execution cadence.
  • Lead and coordinate channel selling—recruit, enable, and manage performance of key partners and/or rep organizations; drive consistent coverage and execution across territories.
  • Conduct regular field travel and on-site partner/customer visits to uncover opportunities, resolve issues, and accelerate close rates.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product/R&D, Service, Operations, Finance/Credit, and Marketing to resolve delivery/technical issues and support growth programs.
  • Drive sales programs, including training, promotions, and national events/tradeshows; coordinate pre/post-show follow-up to maximize pipeline impact.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reporting; analyze forecast vs. actuals and adjust strategy to hit targets.
  • Run periodic sales meetings/trainings to improve partner productivity, product knowledge, and competitive positioning.
  • Support larger opportunities requiring RFP/proposal and contract coordination (commercial and public-sector as applicable), including internal alignment and compliance basics.
