Chesapeake Bank- Flexent National Sales Manager Flexent is growing, and we’re seeking a seasoned B2B financial sales leader with deep experience in receivables management and asset-based lending (ABL) to step into a pivotal national leadership role. This opportunity is ideal for someone who understands complex credit-driven solutions, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven track record managing and scaling high-performing sales teams. As the senior sales leader, you’ll drive nationwide revenue growth across receivables, working capital, and ABL solutions, while shaping go-to-market strategy and expanding Flexent’s footprint among banks, finance companies, and middle-market businesses. You’ll lead, coach, and develop a sales organization focused on consultative selling, while also engaging directly with key prospects, referral partners, and industry relationships. This role requires hands-on experience selling financial products tied to collateral, credit risk, and cash-flow optimization, along with the ability to guide teams through long-cycle, relationship-driven sales processes. You’ll collaborate closely with credit, operations, and executive leadership to align sales strategy with underwriting realities and market demand.
