About The Position

The National Sales Manager contributes to the company's success by maximizing revenue opportunities with national direct clients and advertising agencies. The role is responsible for developing and growing new and existing client relationships while driving revenue growth across the company’s advertising platforms. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience of sales marketing and/or project management experience.
  • Previous television and radio sales experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal driven and creative, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude promotes a synergistic cooperative and productive environment.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS office products, i.e., MS Word and Windows environment.
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, manage, and grow the established national client base, while generating new business opportunities.
  • Build strong client partnerships by understanding clients needs and delivering value- added solutions.
  • Recruit, train and manage the national sales team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity, communicating insights into the sales team and leadership.
  • Promote the company’s product and services effectively , qualifying and securing new national business.
  • Develop and implement effective national sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, proposals and business reviews to clients and management.
  • Identify, address, and resolve client’s business challenges with win-win solutions.
  • Maintain accurate account documentation, reports, proposals and sales records.
  • Create promotional initiatives and budget plans for the national cluster to engage clients and drive revenue.
