About The Position

Ethos Risk Services is a leading insurance claims investigation and medical management company committed to providing better data that translates into better decision-making for our clients. We are at the forefront of innovation in our space, and our success is driven by a dynamic team passionate about delivering exceptional services to our customers. Our dynamic Ethos Medical Management division is seeking a full-time National Sales Executive – Medical Management to identify, present, and sell our medical management products and services to both new and existing clients. This role plays a key part in expanding our business footprint and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication, personalized service, and strategic sales execution. The position requires frequent travel within assigned territories and occasional overnight stays.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales or marketing experience required, preferably in medical management.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Client Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the medical management industry through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Onboarding & Implementation: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and proper setup.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop action plans, set sales goals, and manage pipelines to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Presentations & Proposals: Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure new business.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Networking & Events: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to increase visibility and strengthen market presence.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, meetings, and progress in Salesforce.
