Develop, manage, and grow key customer accounts across retail, hospitality, and distribution channels Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring consistent communication, follow-through, and satisfaction Lead negotiations and execution of contracts, pricing, and promotional programs Partner closely with the marketing team to develop effective in-store marketing and promotional strategies Deliver compelling sales presentations and lead quarterly business reviews with high-value accounts Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, including sell-through, reorder rates, and promotional ROI Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive incremental revenue Track market trends and competitive activity to inform account and sales strategy Report on current book of business, pipeline activity, account activations, and sales forecasts
