As a National Catering Operations Director you will plan, manage, and guide contracted services for multiple sites for a high profiled client, with various sites normally generating $2-25M+ in revenue to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs. Catering experience is required for this position. Depending on the client(s), services can include food service, facility support, custodial services, retail, lodging, transportation, and more. Our National Catering Operations Directors are capable operations managers who lead a team to provide excellent service to our clients. With knowledge of the client’s business, positive relationship building skills, financial savvy, and a focus on safety, our team makes a difference every day. There is around 60% travel for this position.
