(ICS) is the nation’s leading expert in intelligent water management and installation in the correctional and commercial markets. Based in Central Florida, ICS has completed 200 projects across North America. Our projects aim to deliver significant water and energy savings, primarily through performance contracting, while tailoring features and benefits to our customers. ICS services include audits, engineering, analysis, program consulting, installation, management, training, and support for ESCOs and direct customers within the correctional and commercial markets. Scope of Position The position posting is for a talented, energetic, and motivated National Business Development Manager who will be responsible for initiating contact, selling our services to, and maintaining relationships with all Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) and other customers within our target markets. Our Business Development Manager will identify, pursue, and develop multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, our National Business Development Manager is required to develop in-depth knowledge of plumbing systems and water-efficient product applications, as well as extensive product knowledge on the I-CON water management systems. This position requires an individual who is comfortable working independently, thinking on their feet, and finding innovative energy and water conservation solutions for our customers. In addition to interacting with customers’ sales representatives, the National Business Development Manager will maintain positive relationships with Project Developers, Estimators, Construction team members, and I-CON Account Executives on current projects and cultivate relationships for future projects. This position reports to the Director of Sales. This role is remote and is based in the East region.
