About The Position

We are in search of a National Accounts Sales Coordinator who will support account and program administration, maintenance and compliance while providing extraordinary customer service to support the development of National Accounts. Coordinate account administration to support development and compliance of corporate accounts. This is a remote position and candidates can be located anywhere in the United States.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in account administration or customer service required; experience with A+ software and BradyPLUS systems, products, or services strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel; strong math, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service, apply critical thinking, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of diverse tasks within contract parameters, work independently or collaboratively, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset; ability to work remotely or in-office as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Program Set up & Maintenance:
  • Coordinate account setup and maintenance administration for assigned National Accounts and Network Services Accounts.
  • Coordinate with Distribution Center to ensure proper Rep assignments and responsibilities for National Accounts.
  • Liaise with Credit Department to ensure credit applications and terms are compliant to the appropriate program.
  • Work with Cost Implementation team to ensure all contracts are aligned properly on all assigned National Accounts.
  • Liaise with Network Services to administer and manage all assigned Network programs.
  • Work with Network Services, National Account Directors, and Distribution Centers to build and launch new programs according to specific terms and conditions.
  • Create and maintain pricing contracts for all assigned programs.
  • Create and maintain Order Guides on the Network website.
  • Ensure items are cross-referenced properly in the WAXIE system.
  • Serve as problem-solver and liaison for assigned program issues.
  • Work with other BradyPLUS Regions to coordinate cross-selling opportunities.
  • Seek opportunities to sell as much of the contracted suite of products as appropriate for each end-user.
  • Analyze and develop creative ways to remove costs from the supply chain to create efficiencies for BradyPLUS and the client.
  • Communicate with and educate Distribution Center personnel about National Account and program activity.
  • Customer Service
  • Single point of contact for key National Accounts.
  • Communicate with external and internal customers professionally to ensure program success.
  • Maintain positive, trouble-free workflow processes.
  • Assist customers in login and web set up on BradyPLUS's Web@Work to ensure each customer is able to order supplies.
  • Deploy field personnel from BradyPLUS or contracted vendors as required to ensure product is successfully delivered, installed, and properly used, or to resolve concerns.
  • Order Entry
  • Responsible for order flow and order entry for orders received via email, phone, and through electronic methods.
  • Assure all orders are placed and delivered within contracted parameters.
  • Research and resolve order flow and product backorder concerns.
  • Work with the Expeditors and Distribution Center teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Auditing / Contract Compliance
  • Audit customer accounts to ensure compliance with appropriate program.
  • Audit Pricing on accounts and Network Order Guides (where applicable) to ensure compliance with appropriate program.
  • Perform price management and ensure compliance for assigned accounts.
  • Reporting
  • Research customer sales activity for proposed Network Services programs.
  • Prepare Excel reports as required.
  • Analyze and review a plethora of reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.
