Interact with customers, in concert with the New Bremen Support groups, company retailers and vendors to gather application specifics to support National Account customers. Serve as liaison with company engineering, coordinators, corporate Inside Sales Reps and vendors as needed. Work closely with the National Accounts Manager(s) on the preparation of quotations, sales presentation materials and serving as a vendor liaison.   Assist with the scheduling and follow-up of new equipment deliveries, demo units and rental needs.  Take phone calls from National Account customers as needed.   Collect information and complete account specific month end required reporting.  Participate in training activities locally, regionally, and at the corporate level to enhance product knowledge.  Participate in sales and service meetings.  Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 0-4 years related experience
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Must have valid driving privileges
  • Occasional travel
  • Occasional overnight stays

Nice To Haves

  • 2–5+ years of experience in government sales, business development, or public-sector account management.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. government procurement, contracting vehicles, and acquisition processes.
  • Experience with federal agencies such as DoD, DHS, GSA, VA, or other cabinet-level organizations.
  • Familiarity with GSA Schedule programs, IDIQs, BPAs, and other government purchasing vehicles.
  • Existing relationships with government buyers or system integrators.
  • Experience working in a technology, defense, logistics, or infrastructure-related industry.
