Position Summary: The National Accounts Manager is responsible for managing strategic customer accounts at a national level, maximizing all opportunities for revenue within the accounts while performing general account maintenance activities. Additionally, this role will create and build client relationships, develop, and facilitate the proposal process for specific clients including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, and presentations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Work as liaison between select customers, executive leadership, and other departments. Monitor the performance of clients over time to ensure that they remain satisfied with services. Establish relationships with potential clients and maintain relationships with current clients. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all services are delivered as promised. Seek opportunities for business development within a defined area or sector. Meet with prospective clients to determine needs and identify new opportunities. Networking within national accounts to secure all business opportunities. Prepare and hold regular meetings with internal stake holders about the performance and status key accounts. Prepare and present business reviews, product, and service presentations to support current customers. Present service offerings to new prospects in various meetings and trade events. Proactively manage accounts to forecast, contract, and performance requirements. Provide National Accounts with top tier customer service experience. Arranging and conduct meetings with all relevant decision makers. Conduct meetings and presentations to assess opportunities for sales. Represent the company at various trade events, seminars, meetings as directed. Work independently and collaboratively in creating, negotiating, and closing agreements. Partner with leadership to devise and implement strategies for meeting all performance targets. Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
