The National Account Director leads Eaton’s Services National Accounts organization, driving order growth, sales performance, profitability, and customer experience across critical verticals including Hyperscale, MTDC, Commercial & Industrial, Digital Selling, and Utility. You will have the opportunity to set the strategic direction for national account engagement, develop and execute annual business plans, and cultivate collaboration across Eaton’s broader sales and services ecosystem. As a senior leader, you will own and nurture key corporate-level customer relationships—leveraging these partnerships to influence national programs, strengthen value propositions, and guide enterprise-level decision-making. Working closely with vertical leaders and managers, the Director ensures best-in-class customer support, alignment of sales strategy with engineering services, and delivery of high‑quality operational execution.
