About The Position

At Cosentino (www.cosentino.com) we are looking for a Retail National Accounts Manager reporting to the VP, National Accounts, to drive the overall revenue growth and profitability of Cosentino’s products, and services sold through Lowes National Account . As Retail National Account Manager , you will be responsible for Creating and executing a strategy to drive sales, and ultimately responsible to hit required sales budgets set in annual sales plans for the retail account. The development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy for Cosentino product within your assigned retail account. The creation of a high-level customer relationship management process. Maintaining strong internal and external relationships, as to be the liaison between Cosentino, the supply chain (Fabricators, Cosentino staff), and the retailer. This includes both corporate and field team members. You will be the primary point of contact for the retailer. As well as with internal leadership teams inside and outside of the office. This is a position that requires a high level of influence The market analysis, research, and opportunity prioritization based on revenue, profitability, and quality within geographic areas, accounts, and subsidiary organizations. The preparation and delivery of presentations focused on the Cosentino sales solutions responding to specific needs of our company, our retail accounts, and our fabrication customers. The development and execution of the necessary communications to support this segment of business working with both Internal and external customers. The budgeting and management of revenue and expenses to accomplish segment objectives set forth in annual sales plan. In conjunction with appropriate internal teams, create an effective marketing and promotion strategy for the account. Roles and responsibilities may evolve based on business needs; additional duties may be assigned without prior notice or consent You will collaborate with several stakeholders Reporting Line: VP National Accounts Collaborates with: Internal: Marketing, Fulfillments, IT, Pricing, Digital, Sales teams, etc. External: Retailer, Fabricators, and other support teams for Retailer’s business

Requirements

  • 2 years sales experience working at, with or calling on high volume retailers.
  • 2 years of experience being directly tied to a sales target (plan or budget).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (related field) or proven track record of success (must be able to demonstrate detailed record of success).
  • Capacity to learn new and challenging tasks quickly and effectively.
  • Communication: Oral & Written. Capacity to interact with multiple levels
  • Proven capacity to use Excel, Powerpoint and learn other systems
  • Negotiation skills both tactical and strategic
  • Proven track record to work with complex business processes
  • Capacity to analyze data to serve up options to solve business needs

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Home Improvement or Stone industry
  • Proven track record working with external service provider who provide in home installation services
  • Internal operations of large big box (retail) companies.
  • Sales and marketing strategies.
  • System integration knowledge.
  • Retailer & vendor relationship strategies.
