About The Position

Magnolia Foods LLC is a fast-growing and innovative food company known for delivering high-quality, delicious products across retail, wholesale, and foodservice channels. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Accounts Manager to lead the growth of our Tortilla and Bakery lines. The National Accounts Manager will be responsible for driving the expansion of our product portfolio, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and cultivating strong relationships with key customers. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for growth and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business development or sales within the tortilla and bakery, or broader CPG food industry.
  • National Account experience 5+ years
  • Deep understanding of category market trends, consumer behavior, and product innovation.
  • Proven success in driving profitable sales growth and managing national and key account customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-level customer service and resolve issues effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our product portfolio across national accounts retail grocers, and wholesale.
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
  • Collaborate with peers, R&D and marketing teams to align product development with market trends and consumer preferences within the markets that we operate.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and growth plans to senior leadership.
