Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of sales experience with a demonstrated record of creating, maintaining, and growing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the company’s efforts to improve and increase loyalty, dealer share, business growth, and business relationships with large, multi-location, national customers.
  • Be responsible to achieve the sales goals and performance metrics established for the customers, including: sales, profit, expense, advertising, marketing, and merchandising functions.
  • Build productive relationships with each customer’s key decision makers.
  • Lead the customer account planning cycle and develop strategic short- and long-run plans that will achieve predetermined sales goals.
  • Develop core annual marketing and advertising programs with each account.
  • Coordinate with the customers and the field sales associates to implement and assess training programs for the customers’ relevant employees.
  • Ensure that the field sales consultants are adequately prepared to deliver trainings, presentations, and brand representation.
  • Visit the field regularly to evaluate and improve the field sales consultants’ effectiveness.
  • Ensure that all the customers’ needs and expectations are met and that TSI’s customer-specific programs, guidelines, and policies are communicated and followed.
  • Act as a liaison between management and the company, keeping management updated on the customer’s plans and performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
