We’re looking for a National Account Manager to defend and expand core business while identifying new opportunities that drive long-term success for both our customers and our company. In this high-impact role, you’ll collaborate cross‑functionally and directly with customers to build winning portfolios, develop growth programs, and deliver strong financial results across branded and private label products.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow key customer relationships, serving as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to drive profitable growth.
  • Lead account strategy development, proactively defining, analyzing, and executing sales strategies and tactics aligned with corporate and channel objectives.
  • Develop and execute account initiatives that support overall business and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, identifying performance insights, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Forecast, budget, and manage account revenues and profitability, ensuring disciplined financial performance.
  • Analyze key metrics and market data, coordinating account and market reviews while sharing best practices and learnings across the organization.
  • Create compelling proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and implement agreements with full accountability for delivering targeted results.
  • Define pricing strategies across branded and private label products, ensuring alignment with margin and profit objectives.
  • Lead and manage brokers and direct sales leaders supporting your account portfolio.
  • Provide accurate forecasts to Marketing and Production Planning to support demand, supply, and launch execution.
  • Partner closely on new product development, helping shape product, merchandising, packaging, and distribution solutions that address customer and market needs.
  • Conduct competitive and market research, translating insights into clear opportunities and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Finance to develop account and program P&Ls for leadership review and approval.
  • Serve as the primary communication link between customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment, execution excellence, and consistent service quality.
  • Actively participate in product and design development, working with Product Development, Marketing, Operations, and Sales leadership.
