Amplifon is seeking a National Account Manager to join an organization recognized as a "Top Employer 2026". This role involves owning and managing a portfolio of national and key health plan accounts, focusing on retention, growth, and long-term profitability. The manager will lead day-to-day account management activities, including renewals, account planning, performance reporting, and execution across internal teams. The position requires close partnership with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure effective contract execution, client satisfaction, and achievement of annual organic revenue goals. The National Account Manager also supports strategic initiatives and serves as a point of escalation for complex client issues. This role supports Amplifon Hearing Health Care and reports to the Vice President of Sales and Account Management.
