About The Position

Account Managers serve as the primary liaison between LexisNexis Risk Solutions and its customers. Their core priority is to understand and address client needs quickly and effectively, building strong, long-term relationships grounded in trust and value delivery. Within the Healthcare segment, the Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, developing strategic partnerships with senior-level decision-makers and influencers, and ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders across assigned healthcare accounts
  • Lead regular status updates and strategic review meetings to ensure value delivery and alignment with client expectations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, concerns, and escalations
  • Triage client issues and coordinate cross-functional internal teams to deliver effective, timely solutions
  • Present clear, actionable solutions to clients and ensure follow-through
  • Track deliverables against contractual commitments to ensure all obligations are met
  • Validate invoices against delivery reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage contract renewal timelines and lead renewal discussions to secure and grow revenue
  • Identify, develop, and close upsell opportunities within the existing customer base
  • Proactively uncover opportunities to introduce new products and expand account value
