Reporting to the Director of Sales CPG, the National Account Manager (NAM) leads, develops, manages, optimizes, and coordinates new and existing business with Walmart and Sam’s Club. The National Account Manager is responsible for driving and delivering sales and profit goals for multiple premium and super premium brands of coffee and tea, managing trade budgets within guidelines, and effectively interacting with Peet’s Planning, Insights, Marketing, Operations, and Distribution Teams. The NAM will work closely with their buyers to develop comprehensive and strategic account plans, drive successful launches of LTO and new items, while delivering needed financials. Northwest Arkansas - Fayetteville, Bentonville, and surrounding areas. This is a full-time, exempt position.
