TileBar is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Hospitality National Account Manager (NAM) to join our team. As the NAM, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing relationships with key partners across the country. Your primary goal will be to drive sales, increase market share, and ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives. Your performance will be measured on growth across all product market sectors including porcelain, natural stone, ceramic, LVT, and decorative accents. Responsibilities: Strategic Account Management Develop and implement strategic plans for key retail accounts to achieve sales targets and market share goals across Porcelain/Ceramic, natural stone, LVT, and decorative accents. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with retail partners to understand their business objectives and align them with our product offerings. Sales Growth Drive revenue growth across all product market sectors through effective negotiation, promotion planning, and product placement strategies. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for sales expansion in Porcelain/Ceramic, LVT, and decorative accents. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of account strategies across all product categories. TileBar believes in a team approach. All strategic and national accounts will be actively pursued by both a NAM and local A&D support member. Provide insights and feedback to contribute to the development of new products and marketing initiatives. Trade-Show Participation Identify relevant trade shows and industry events related to retail business prospecting within the Porcelain/Ceramic, LVT, and decorative accents sectors. Plan, coordinate, and attend trade shows to showcase our products, build brand awareness, and establish connections with potential partners. Leverage trade show opportunities to gather market intelligence, identify emerging trends, and network with key players. Forecasting and Report Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to provide accurate sales forecasts and reports for each product category. Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Contract Negotiation Lead contract negotiations with hospitality partners. Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and resolve any issues that may arise. Customer Satisfaction Serve as the main point of contact for national hospitality brand accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction across all product market sectors. Proactively seek feedback from partners and implement improvements as needed.
