Where you’ll be: This position will be based in Charlotte NC. All About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven National Account Manager to lead sales efforts with Direct to Consumer and key 3P channels across consumables, accessories, spare parts and other related products. In this role, you will own the channel strategy, manage the P&L, and drive growth through assortment optimization, promotional planning, and collaboration with product, marketing, and merchandising teams. You will play a key role in expanding presence with Smart Choice, Frigidaire and Electrolux brands, ensuring profitable sales and strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
  • 5+ years in sales, sales operations, marketing, merchandising, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in Direct to Consumer or e-commerce channels
  • Proven track record managing projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of influencing priorities and motivating cross-functional partners for support.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the sales and channel strategy for Direct to Consumer and 3P listings, focusing on share growth and profitability
  • Manage account P&L, pricing strategies, and promotional planning for assigned product categories
  • Collaborate with internal advertising teams, agencies, and develop campaigns generating profitable sales growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on product development, commercialization, and omni-channel execution
  • Track and analyze sales performance, POS data, and trade spend to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI
  • Build and maintain collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment processes
  • Manage industry insights for assigned product categories
  • Provide competitive and marketplace insights to inform strategy and strengthen account positioning
