Key Responsibilities: Execute the customer acquisition strategy Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term success Develop and manage strategies to grow market share within assigned industry Lead effective negotiations Maintain and update CRM system for accurate forecasting and pipeline transparency Act as the liaison between customers and Key Account Managers ensuring customers’ requirements are met Monitoring and identifying market trends, competitors, and new sales leads Partner with Internal Operations on RFP strategy Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience 4 years of combined experience in sales, Third-Party Logistics (3PL), LTL, project management and/or logistics Ability to understand competitor strategies, products and pricing patterns Negotiation and influencing skills People oriented, excellent listening and communication skills Ability to listen actively and to respond to questions with complete and accurate answers Availability to travel up to 50% of the time Benefits: Medical, dental, vision and life insurance 401(k) company match program On-site gym facility Paid Time Off Uncapped Commission
