About The Position

Based in Brooklyn Park, MN, you arrive to your station, review job specs, and ready a narrow-web flexographic press for a new run. Plates are mounted, inks are matched, substrates are staged, and you dial in tension and registration. As the job moves through the Mark Andy, Symjet, or MPS press, you monitor print quality, make micro-adjustments, and keep production on pace. You log outputs, flag issues, and partner with teammates to hit deadlines. Before shift end, you complete routine maintenance, clean down your area, and ensure safety checks are met. Equipment you will work with Narrow-web presses including Mark Andy, Symjet, and MPS. Schedule options 2nd Shift: 2pm – 12 a.m., 4 days per week. 4-crew: 12-hour shifts rotating every 13 weeks from front of week to back of week; 6pm – 6am.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical printing training preferred.
• Proven experience as a Narrow Web Flexo Press Operator or comparable role.
• Solid knowledge of narrow web flexographic processes and equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong commitment to quality.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses to deliver high-quality printed products.
• Continuously observe press performance to maintain speed, registration, and quality standards.
• Complete routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate across production to meet timelines and output targets.
• Accurately record production data and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and quality regulations throughout the process.
