MM promotes sustainable development through innovative, recyclable packaging and paper products. We are seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator to grow our team in Indy.

To strengthen our motivated Flexographic Printing Team at our plant in Indianapolis, IN we are looking for a highly skilled Flexo Press Operator.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; and specific technical training related to Flexographic printing.
• 3-5 years of experience within Flexo printing, or similar equipment.
• Strong understanding of print quality standards and troubleshooting techniques.
• Communicate clearly, and posses a high mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Follow all plant safety standards including the use of PPE, proper ergonomics, and participation in plant safety programs.
• Support our team by monitoring print quality throughout the production process, checking for color consistency, and overall integrity.
• Adjust ink, pressure, and speed settings to achieve the highest standards and optimal output.
• Perform routine maintenance on the printing press, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting for wear and tear.
• Provide a high level of expert knowledge on all matters related to flexographic printing.
