This Marietta family is seeking a live-out Nanny Manager for their 7-month-old baby who brings a truly grandmotherly, nurturing presence to their home. The ideal candidate is positive, engaging, encouraging, confident, and knowledgeable in infant development, with a natural ability to connect and uplift both child and parents—without needing to be micromanaged. They value strong communication (especially proactive texting), reliability, and initiative in planning age-appropriate, creative activities (Montessori-inspired, gentle-parenting focused—using language like “you did it” rather than “good job”). Daily responsibilities include attentive infant care, washing bottles and breast pump parts, maintaining tidy and organized baby spaces, stocking diaper stations, family laundry (preferred), unloading the dishwasher, toy rotation, organizing clothing by size, light meal prep (chopping veggies, starting dinner, marinating meats), and keeping parents informed when supplies run low. As the child grows, the role may expand to include library story time, park outings (one within walking distance), Barnes & Noble trips, and occasional errands. Flexibility for occasional date nights or weekends is appreciated.
