A private family in Canton, Georgia is seeking an experienced, professional Nanny Manager to provide attentive childcare support while also assisting with light household management. This role will involve maintaining daily routines, supporting age-appropriate developmental activities, preparing bottles and child-related meals, assisting with laundry and organization, washing bottles, tidying common areas, unloading the dishwasher, stocking diaper stations, taking out trash, running errands as needed, and communicating when household or childcare supplies are running low. The ideal candidate is warm, nurturing, genuine, and open-minded, with a calm and adaptable personality. They should be knowledgeable in childcare fundamentals, proactive, and able to confidently follow a parent-led approach while offering thoughtful input when asked. This family values someone who is respectful, emotionally intuitive, and able to “read the room,” providing a friendly and personable presence without interrupting a working parent unnecessarily. A playful, silly, and engaging nanny who enjoys singing, dancing, and fostering a positive environment is highly desired. The position is full-time (approximately 40 hours per week) with a flexible schedule, and occasional overnights, travel, and weekend assistance may be requested. The nanny must be comfortable swimming and working in a home with two cats.
