About The Position

A busy family of four in Frisco, TX is seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive Nanny & House Manager to provide comprehensive childcare and household support. This role requires a thoughtful balance between hands-on childcare and structured household management. During school hours, the focus will lean more heavily toward household management responsibilities, while after school the priority will shift to engaged, attentive childcare. Both parents work outside the home and one parent travels extensively, so the family is looking for a dependable professional who can confidently manage daily routines, school logistics, extracurricular schedules, and household organization while keeping the parents informed and engaged. The children attend school from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and are being raised with Christian values. The family encourages independence and life skills, supporting the children in contributing to age-appropriate household responsibilities. Their son is curious and loves building, while their daughter enjoys dolls and imaginative play. The ideal candidate will foster a kind and caring relationship with the children while instilling Christian values and fostering structure and consistency. This position is best suited for a candidate seeking a long-term partnership as part of a structured home environment.
