Are you passionate about working with infants and confident caring for multiple young children? A wonderful family in Peachtree Battle is seeking an experienced Nanny House Manager to support their growing family. They have a 3-year-old girl, a 1-year-old girl, and a baby boy due in June. This role will begin as soon as the baby comes home, as mom plans to return to work within 3–4 weeks postpartum, making true newborn experience essential. This is a long-term opportunity for someone genuine, flexible, and highly organized who can become a trusted extension of the family. The ideal candidate is confident caring for a newborn while balancing the needs of toddlers, comfortable working alongside a mom who works from home most days, and able to manage household responsibilities without micromanagement. The nanny will be responsible for full daily care of the newborn and children, including maintaining feeding and sleep schedules, diapering, dressing, and supporting developmental milestones through tummy time, sensory play, reading, speech-building activities, and outdoor walks. A strong understanding of infant sleep, feeding routines, and transitions is critical, as the role begins during the newborn stage. During nap times, the family is looking for support with house management tasks to help keep the household running smoothly. Responsibilities include baby and family laundry, changing children’s sheets weekly and as needed, keeping children’s rooms and bathrooms tidy, cleaning bottles and cups, organizing toys and closets, rotating clothing sizes, and maintaining clean and organized common areas. Kitchen upkeep is a daily priority and includes unloading and loading the dishwasher, wiping down countertops and surfaces, cleaning the highchair and table, sweeping or vacuuming floors, and keeping the refrigerator organized with attention to expiration dates. Additional duties include creating weekly grocery lists based on household staples, ordering groceries and supplies through Amazon, ensuring baby formula and food are stocked, light food prep for the children’s dinners, and occasional family meal prep. While cooking is not required, the family would love someone who enjoys preparing simple, healthy meals as the children grow. The nanny will also assist with vendor coordination when needed, manage basic household organization, and help let the family’s two low-maintenance golden doodles outside as needed. The family values someone who is patient, hardworking, proactive, and detail-oriented. Flexibility is important, as they would appreciate availability for occasional date nights, overnights, weekend help, and travel, with advance notice.
