About The Position

At OMECorp–Genesis Business Systems , we’ve spent over 50 years helping organizations work smarter with commercial copiers, printers, mailing systems, wide-format, and digital display solutions. Now we’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to help us grow and support our client base.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or consultative selling
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with a “get-it-done” mindset
  • Comfortable with technology, business conversations, and problem-solving

Nice To Haves

  • CRM experience a plus
  • Local market knowledge is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a book of business across commercial and enterprise accounts
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers
  • Identify opportunities for new equipment, software, and service solutions
  • Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with service, admin, and leadership teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Track activity and pipeline in CRM (Salesforce or similar)
