About The Position

Greet customers and give friendly, accurate and efficient service. Complete transactions and documentation in accordance with CT lottery regulations and company policies. Exchange all currency for Mutuel betting. Maintain an accurate bank balance. Transfer money to and from workstations. Operate a ten-key adding machine. Keep the work area clean and supplies stocked.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic math skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to obtain/maintain DCP certification

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a cashier or customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
