About The Position
Mutuel Tellers sell and cash pari-mutuel tickets. Responsibilities Responsible for selling pari-mutuel tickets Ensuring the cash drawer reconciles on a daily basis. Understand and practice Family Style Service at all times with all guest and team members. All other duties as assigned Qualifications Must have previous cash handling experience, excellent communication skills, be polite, and present a neat appearance. Must be committed to 100% customer service and be able to work flexible hours. Must be able to stand/walk/ sit for extended periods. May be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment. Must be at least 18. Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing. Must be able to pass a background investigation. High School Diploma or equivalent.
