Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is the world’s leading full service entertainment, media, and sports agency. We represent many of the most successful professionals working in television, film, music, theatre, video games, sports, and digital content. We also provide a range of strategic and marketing consulting services to corporate clients. CAA is seeking an assistant to support an Executive in our Tour Marketing department in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate is curious about music, touring, and marketing. The individual should have strong administrative skills in a high-volume setting and have the ability to multi-task. A successful candidate will be highly organized, energetic, and able to communicate confidently. The role combines administrative work with project management and requires exceptional attention to detail. The candidate will work with internal agent teams, artist teams, and external partners to manage marketing and ticketing initiatives for clients’ worldwide tours. The ability to work unexpected overtime is required.
