We are seeking a talented individual to join our Multinational team at Marsh. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the Chicago office. Marsh’s multinational teams, backed by market-leading digital platforms, advise clients on all international insurance and risk issues. We simplify processes, maintain transparency, and help cleints develop global programs that align with local country standards. We will count on you to: Independently oversee and manage a medium to large and complex book of accounts. Create, develop and deliver strategic, customized strategy based on each client’s risk profile in order to drive the best results in a dynamic insurance marketplace. Maintain a near complete understanding of the clients’ business strategic priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs in order to successfully serve clients. Utilize knowledge of industry and insurance marketplace to review client exposures to develop solutions for complex client needs. Execute renewal/placement strategies in conjunction with Placement, Advisory Leaders and Client Executives across all zones where product, industry or account criteria dictate. Present to prospective clients, identify the need for new products, develop/suggest innovative solutions to client to achieve growth. Build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure their complex risk management needs are appropriately met. Serve as a thought leader within the Company and maintain in-depth knowledge of changing risk and insurance market conditions.
