About The Position

The Multimedia Systems Integration Specialist will support the development, execution, and evolution of immersive visual content, audiovisual (A/V) systems, and interactive media for live, virtual, and recorded environments. This role blends advanced technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and collaborative teamwork to deliver high-quality and reliable multimedia solutions for the client and other stakeholders. The Multimedia Systems Integration Specialist will be pivotal in programming, integrating, and operating visual systems while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of innovative and engaging productions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent relevant work experience, in a closely related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in multimedia production, A/V systems integration, and creative technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to blend technical and artistic skillsets.
  • Expertise in the following Graphic/Video software: Blender 3D, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects), DaVinci Resolve.
  • Expertise in the following live event technology and software: Pandora’s Box, Spyder Studio, Christie Controller Software, Ventuz, Widget Designer, QLab, Bitfocus Companion, OBS, ATEM Software Control.
  • Expertise in the following projection tools: MadMapper and Barco Projector Toolset.
  • Proficiency in the following app development software: MS PowerApps, MS Power Automate, MS Power BI, MS Dataverse, MS Sharepoint.
  • Proficiency in the following AI and XR tools: ChatGPT, generative image/audio tools, VR/XR development environments, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in professional video equipment, editing capability and systems, e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Mastery knowledge and operator experience of Barco E2, Christie Pandora’s Box, and Spyder X20 programing/mapping in a live show environment.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting and maintenance of LED Wall and projection systems.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and in collaboration with cross-discipline teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete work assignments and projects IAW published schedules and milestones.
  • Possess a valid REAL ID Driver’s License or similar government-approved identification to obtain military installation access.
  • Maintain reliable mode of transportation.
  • Due to the nature of work at the client’s facility, U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Mastery in graphic design capabilities.
  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast past environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Proficient with MacOS, Windows 11, and RasperryPi OS.
  • Solid time management habits, ability to multi-task, ability to sustain focus on long-term tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, execution, and evolution of immersive visual content, A/V systems, and interactive media for live, virtual and recorded environments.
  • Design and delivery of high-quality multimedia solutions for the client and other stakeholders.
  • Expertly program and switch video elements during rehearsals and live/pre-recorded productions, coordinating with the graphics, content manager and production team for the design and delivery of elements ensuring the content meets high standards of quality and communicates effectively with the client/artist/lighting designer/production team.
  • Provide graphic design support for a variety of tasks used during special events and concerts.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting and maintenance of LED Wall and projection systems desired.
  • Other duties as assigned.
