Systems Administrator/ Data & Integrations Specialist
About The Position
We’re looking for a NetSuite ERP Analyst to take ownership of and improve the systems that drive our business. The ideal candidate thrives on adaptability, efficiency, and helping the business grow by collaborating with teams, solving problems methodically, and managing all aspects of our information systems. This includes overseeing relationships with external vendors, such as outsourced desktop support. You’ll work closely with Finance, Operations, and HR to streamline processes, automate workflows, and support business growth across systems like NetSuite, Sererra, HubSpot, Paylocity, Samsara, and Monday.com.
Requirements
- Experience administering NetSuite or a similar ERP system.
- Hands-on experience with system integrations, APIs, or middleware tools.
- Strong data mindset with SQL or database experience.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to improve how systems work together.
Nice To Haves
- NetSuite certification or ERP consulting experience.
- Experience in asset-based, logistics, or rental industries.
- Familiarity with multi-entity environments and financial systems.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize NetSuite (users, workflows, reports, dashboards).
- Lead and support ERP initiatives including enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality deployments.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement improved controls, workflows, and reporting structures.
- Gather, document, and refine financial and operational business requirements.
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve ERP issues while minimizing disruption to business operations.
- Maintain current knowledge of ERP financial applications, industry trends, and best practices.
- Provide end-user support, training, and guidance, ensuring effective system adoption and strong customer service.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation.
- Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other business systems.
- Automate data flows to reduce manual work and errors.
- Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and system performance.
- Troubleshoot issues and serve as a go-to systems expert for the business.
- Support and train users on best practices and system tools.
