Multimedia Specialist
About The Position
As a Multimedia Specialist, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of customer. You will play a crucial role in translating complex objectives into compelling visual narratives that support strategic messaging and operational success. ● Lead/Manage/Support the development of dynamic multimedia products including animation, motion graphics, cinematic video content, and visual presentations that directly support mission communication and training initiatives. ● Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional creative teams to define project objectives and deliver innovative visual solutions aligned with mission needs. ● Drive creative outcomes by modernizing legacy multimedia products, implementing advanced production techniques, and resolving technical and creative challenges across the full multimedia pipeline. ● Utilize industry-leading tools and technologies including Unreal Engine, Blender, DaVinci Resolve Studio, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-impact visual and multimedia content.
Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
- 3D generalist expertise including modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, and animation.
- Proficiency in Unreal Engine for real-time rendering, cinematic animation, and VFX development.
- Advanced experience with Blender for 3D asset creation and animation pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of professional video and audio editing/compositing tools including DaVinci Resolve Studio, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
- End-to-end multimedia production experience from concept development through post-production
- TS/SCI Security clearance
- US citizenship required
- Ability to work onsite at customer location with some travel required.
