About The Position

WVLT-TV is seeking a strategic and hands-on Multimedia Sales Manager. In this
position, you will help to grow revenue, expand our digital footprint, and build
a high-performing sales team that delivers customer-centric advertising
solutions.

Requirements

• Advanced Leadership Skills
• Have a positive and energetic attitude
• Ability to translate and communicate problems into opportunities
• Expert Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Social Media, etc.
• Deep expertise in digital advertising products and strategies (display, video, programmatic, social, SEM, SEO, e-mail marketing, and OTT/CTV are your playground)
• Previous media sales management experience preferred but not required; experience in the field is needed
• Loves to achieve and win

Responsibilities

• Must be a highly organized individual
• Must possess a positive and energetic attitude
• Work in tandem with the Director of Sales and other Multimedia Sales Managers on revenue generation strategy and forecasting
• Help grow New Local Direct business through broadcast and digital opportunities
• Recruit, hire, and train Digital-Focused Multimedia Executives
• Develop a steady stream of new business across all of our platforms
• Attend CNAs and pitches regularly with Multimedia Executives
• Employ a servant leadership sales culture where support, accountability, and winning drive our success
